Review:
I loved everything about this book. It's the first book in a trilogy, therefore it ends on a cliffhanger. If you are into paranormal romance, or paranormal activity in general this book is for you. There was never a moment where I wanted to stop reading, nor was I ever bored with the novel. It starts with a bang and doesn't let up until the final page. Mara is such an unbelievably strong character. She goes through so much at a young age and deals with it the best way she can. Noah is another one of my favorite characters. His relationship with Mara is so interesting to read about. They go through their highs and lows and it is so worth the read.  The family dynamics are also interesting to read about. Mara's family feels so real and the struggles Mara and her mother have following Mara's accident feel authentic. Mara goes through quite a few events where things happen to her, yet it seems like she imagined it. To others she looks crazy, however the reader can sense something is going on with her. After all, how can it be possible to imagine someone dead and next thing you know, they are dead the way you imagined it.
